True Home Exteriors offers a wide range of replacement or new construction windows and doors. Whether you're looking to increase comfort, energy efficiency and performance, we can help.
TRUE HOME EXTERIORS PROCESS
A severe storm has caused damage to your home from hail, wind, falling trees, and roofing leaks causing drywall damage, raccoon's, fire, flood or the like. We specialize in dealing with these catastrophes and you would not be at our website if this didn't happen to you. Now that you know you need us, here is what you can expect when working with True Home Exteriors.
Before the Insurance Adjustment
A True Home Exterior’s Field Manager will provide a free inspection of your home to determine the extent of damage to your roof, siding, gutters, windows and the interior.
Once we have inspected your home and we believe that you have enough damage to qualify. We will advise you to call your insurance company to inform them of the damage. This will prompt an insurance adjuster to meet with True Home and determine coverage.
During the Insurance Adjustment
Your True Home Exterior’s Field Manager will meet with the adjuster at your home and show the adjuster the full extent of damage done. We will fine tooth comb everything that could be damaged by walking the entire property together, ensuring a full evaluation of the property. The Adjuster will agree with our evaluation and if they disagree to pay for everything you are entitled to receive it does not end there. We will demand the insurance company sends a different adjuster for a second opinion. If True Home believes that you have legitimate damage, we will not stand down until our clients are covered for what they deserve.
After the Insurance Adjustment Approval
At this point you have been approved by your insurance company for replacement. Now you and your field manager will go over what materials we will be installing and select the colors for your new roof, siding and gutters. Then our production manager will schedule the work to be done to your home.
The day construction begins your field manager will be at your home to check that all construction materials are at the driveway, and that they are correct and our crews are ready to work.
Once everything is completed, you and your field manager, along with the production manager, will go over the work done in detail. Making sure that everything has been completed to your satisfaction. We will not ask nor except a final payment until you are 100% satisfied with our work.
We have a lot of experience in handling and submitting any claim to an insurance carrier. We know what the policy covers, what should be paid for, and how to fix what’s been damaged. You are entitled to a fair settlement based on your loss. We will work hard to get you everything you are entitled to. Now you know that True Home has your best interests in mind, allow us the opportunity to help you through this process. The last thing we want is you to file a claim, be denied coverage you deserve and experience terrible craftsmanship.
